The most effective support available. Everything is tailored specifically to you and your dog, giving you exactly what you need, just when you need it – so you can get on with enjoying life together.
We listen to what you’re struggling with and offer flexible solutions that work, because they are specific to you and your dog’s individual needs.
And there are always different options.
We give you our best advice as to what we think will help most effectively; a unique blend of in-person or online sessions, WhatsApp support, some of our online learning content; or even groups or supported vet visits. We have some outline programmes that work really well for most people … but they are highly flexible in how we set them up and the content is fully tailored to you. Or you might prefer to just have an initial advice session and move forward from there.
The only thing that matters is that you get the right help and feel supported – and that’s what we offer.
It is incredibly flexible and means we focus every session on your specific requirements, helping you achieve your goals much more quickly than in a group environment (although many clients participate in group sessions as well, certainly in the later stages of their programme).

Do you have a PUPPY?
We have a range of puppy-specific support services for everything you need in the first few months.
Expert knowledge and support on hand whenever you need it
We know that is can be really stressful when life with your dog isn’t going as you want. Then, even when you know that you need some help, trying to choose what that is can be even more daunting. And then you make a choice only to find it doesn’t achieve what you were hoping for.
We take those worries away.
You don’t have to decide whether you need a trainer or a behaviourist, a programme for dog reactivity or separation or aggression (or all of them!), an assessment or a programme, an online-course or just a one off-session. Why? Because we have the expertise and experience to know what support will deliver you the best results, and isn’t that the point of seeking out highly professional, expert help?
We can help with …

Complex behaviours
Such as aggression, fear and phobias, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive behaviours and even supporting dogs with neurological conditions.

Training and foundation life-skills
Building brilliant engagement with you, but more importantly helping your dog learn to offer you appropriate behaviours without needing to be asked at all!

Health conditions and optimising wellbeing
Subtle behaviour change is often the first and sometimes only sign of health problems. We help you and your vet with a range of specialist behaviour-led services to provide at-home and in-clinic observations and support which can facilitate diagnosis of conditions, make treatment easier and help improve quality of life with chronic medical conditions.

Confidence and polite behaviours around other dogs
Help your dog feel safe and comfortable with other dogs (even if you have a ‘reactive’ dog and that currently feels impossible!). Build calm, relaxed, safe behaviours, including play and social skills and play where appropriate.

Relaxed and comfortable behaviour around people
Whether this is towards people out on walks, unwanted reactions towards the post delivery person or visitors, or even with difficulties towards a person in the home.

Overcoming separation related distress
Helping your dog feel relaxed when left in their own company and preventing problems at times of change, like house moves and new work routines.

Building great relationships between family members and other pets
Including little people, other dogs and even other animals like cats, horses, tortoises and chickens! We can help you prepare your dog for the arrival of new babies too.

All things puppy and teenagers!
Choosing and settling new puppies, and navigating the ups and downs of puppyhood and adolescence so you really enjoy it and are set up for a lifetime of happiness.

Choosing and settling in a new rescue dog
Moving to a new environment, however lovely, is hugely stressful. We guide you through the critical first few months to prevent problems and help you build the foundations of a brilliant life together. We can even help you assess a new dog before bringing them home.

Supporting older dogs to flourish in their golden years
Minimising the emotional impact of medical difficulties, chronic pain conditions like arthritis and the onset of cognitive dysfunction. Enjoy life for as long as possible.

Kind, force-free, co-operative grooming and caregiving
Helping your dog feel really relaxed and comfortable about essential care-giving like grooming, nail clipping and teeth cleaning. This makes it quick and easy too!

Improve recovery from injury and illness
We work with your vet and rehab therapist to address the behavioural effects of pain, stress and trauma, helping you and your dog adapt to potentially life-changing issues like major injuries, loss of sight or limbs, arthritis and even cancer, so you can both continue to enjoy the activities you love for as long as possible.
