A more unusual activity feeder that is a bit easier than it looks! Although it doesn’t roll, the design means it is quite easy to hook paws and noses around the bars to manipulate the toy. If you want to make it harder, you could tape over a couple of holes (just make sure you cover the ‘sticky bit’ that will be exposed over the hole itself so treats don’t stick on the inside! We’ve found this a really nice option for older dogs or dogs who aren’t so mobile to do on their beds as it doesn’t roll away and it makes it a nice option for doing in a crate or pen for the same reason. Just remember it isn’t for chewing, so you need to supervise until you’re sure that won’t happen! And this is one of the easiest dry food treat toys to pick up in mouths…. which does occasionally enable a bit of shaking and flinging … again, a bit of supervision for indoors, or you could make it part of the game outside!

The manufacturer says…

KONG Rewards Tinker randomly dispenses treats through holes in 6 different spots, increasing the irresistible unpredictability that keeps dogs riveted. Tinkering around with the toy moves kibbles through the tubes, releasing them as it rolls and bounces. Funnel makes it easy to fill with 1 cup of food for a mentally stimulating feast. Use for meals to help manage weight. Corners mute play for quieter action.
