The Canine Thinking Team says…
Like the JR pate but air-dried into fab crunchy sticks! Great as mini ‘chews’, particularly for smaller dogs and we also snap them into small size training treats (so you can choose exactly how big or small your treats are). Great for adding texture into Free Work, using in dry food enrichment activities (and their value makes them really motivating for a lot of dogs) and we also like to put them in a bag and bash them with a rolling pin to make a ‘crumble’ which we sprinkle into foraging activities like snuffle mats!
These are often sold in 85g plastic wrapped packs (with 7 sticks in each), but as part of our commitment to reducing plastic waste and our impact on the environment, we are phasing these out and instead are going to offer the ‘loose’ style purchase which is normally only available in bricks and mortar stores. Choose as many multiples of ‘4 sticks’ as you want and we’ll pop them into a paper bag or small cardboard box (depending on quantity). A bit more work for us, but so much better for the environment – and works out a lot cheaper than the plastic packs for you too! You may see a few of the 85g packs left while we run our stock down, but soon, it will be another line that we can offer ‘plastic free’
