Delivery & Returns Policy

This policy applies to orders made on the Canine Thinking website, by email or by telephone.

General information

Under normal circumstances we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. 

In the event of an unusual situation where there is an issue with your order, such as an item being unexpectedly out of stock or there is a problem with delivery, we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm progress of the order.

Delivery options

We currently only deliver within the UK and cannot accept orders outside of this area. 

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our standard deliveries across the whole of the UK with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days after dispatch. 

Standard delivery is £3.99 for orders £59.99 and under and free for orders £60 and above. 

 We are always happy to help with urgent orders and can expedite delivery including guaranteed next day. Just give us a call in the office on 01270 629 289 and we’ll do our best to assist (please note further delivery charges may apply). 

Local collection

We are happy to offer local collection, free of charge, from Nantwich. Please contact the office to arrange on 01270 629 289.

If you are a current client with a booked in-person session, please let us know when you place the order and we will be happy to bring it to you.
